HIGH WASTE!

I felt it was time to address this fashion issue that we seem to be having this season. For the record, this high waist trend hit the scene last spring. Although I had made plans to participate in this one, something came up and plans were cancelled (thank God). This new epidemic appears to be a free diva pass to non-fashionistas everywhere. Don't get me wrong, I loved this look about 14 months ago. Now, I just want to confront every female that I see and simply ask why??? If you choose to ignore this message, at least get the ground rules. First, don't attempt to rock this look if you haven't seen a gym in over 4 weeks. Second, only jeans and pencil skirts are allowed! No shorts or capris please! Finally, if you bought this trend days prior to this message you get a free pass. If you already have this trend and your itching to sport this look again....don't even think about it! Of course all of this fussing is with love. I hate to see my sisters become fashion slaves by wearing what you see on everyone else. If you want to be trendy stay current. To be stylish you must do the homework!
